Why Enhaven

Tom Young

I’m Tom Young, a sustainability, consenting and delivery practitioner with 15+ years’ experience across New Zealand, the UK and APAC. I help infrastructure and energy clients navigate complex environmental and regulatory landscapes, integrate sustainability and climate adaptation into delivery, and build the governance and evidence structures needed for credible, decision‑ready outcomes.

My background spans on and offshore renewables development, IS ratings and assurance, ESG and green‑finance aligned advisory. I work across technical, commercial and stakeholder interfaces to bring clarity, structure and momentum to evolving projects.

I'm based in Auckland and always happy to catch up for a coffee.
